Novo Vizcayanoes are proud to present: bupis, it is made out of liver of pigs; Intunno nga Pinakbet, this food is grilled vegetables with bagoong; Dinengdeng, it is likely pinakbet, it has bagoong also; Palitaw, this consists of cornstarch, coconut and sugar.HISTORICAL AND NATURAL TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
Nueva Vizcaya has several tourist attractions: Dalton Pass, this place was one of the places during the war of the World War II; Kirang Pass, this place has a breathtaking view of reforested mountains and hills; Mt. Pulag National Park, this place is located at Kayapa and Ambaguio; Capisaan Cave System, this is the fifth longest cave system in the country; Imugan Waterfalls, this is located at Sta.
